Seventh Station. Jesus falls the second time.

We adore you, Christ, and we praise you.

Because by your holy Cross you have redeemed the World.

Isaiah, chapter 53, verses 4 to 6. Surely he has borne our infirmities and carried our diseases; yet we accounted him stricken, struck down by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the punishment that made us whole, and by his bruises we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have all turned to our own way, and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

[---]

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be world without end.

Lord, as the pain of the wounds and the wood increased, again your limbs failed you. Again you fell. We identify you with those who are suffering at this time, our intentions for which we pray. (Here, add your own intentions.) Remember our prayers, O Lord.
